Viewing Recovered Orders

To view Recovered Orders, follow the steps detailed below,

  1. Recovered Orders can be viewed by clicking “eShop” -> “Abandoned Carts” -> “Recovered Orders” tab.
  2. You can select a date range by setting the Start Date and End Date or you can select a duration of days from the drop down.
  3. Based on the date range selected, recovered orders within the date range will be displayed including Statistics for Marketing and Sales Reviews.
